Weighing and Stamping of LPG Cylinders

LPG Cylinders’ weight are measured with automatic weighing machine on the conveyor during the production flow. Weighing system has:

• Stoppers to stop the conveying LPG Cylinder just above the weighing machine
• A lifting table to lift the cylinder while conveyor keeps moving
• A control system for controlling the automatic operation and calculating the weight.

Depending on the customer request, it can have digital display panel to show tare weight of the LPG cylinder or it can be manual with a weighing gauge on it.

Besides the weighing machine, there must be some stamping machine to stamp the calculated weight onto the LPG Cylinder.

Weighing and Stamping of LPG Cylinders are a serious part of the production since the cost of the LPG Cylinder to the end customer depends on the LPG amount filled into the cylinder. The weight must be accurate and must allow controlling backwards after production and even after transportation.
