Deep Drawing Process
Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. It is thus a shape transformation process with material retention. The process is considered “deep” drawing when the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter. (Source: wikipedia.org)
Deep Drawing Production Speed
ROK Teknik produces custom hydraulic presses depending on the desired LPG Production Plant Capacity. There are some factors effecting the hydraulic press production speed thus effecting the overall LPG Cylinder Production capacity:
- Loading type of the material to the hydraulic presses (Manual or with conveyors)
- Sheet material thickness,
- Sheet material area to be deep drawn,
- Height of the end product to be deep drawn,
- Shape of the deep drawing (Cylinder)
Deep Drawing Press Selection
Deep Drawing Press for LPG Cylinders. It is not economical to purchase a high capacity hydraulic press for a relatively small production. ROK Teknik examines customer’s current production environment in-place and advises the appropriate number of the hydraulic presses and the capacity of the each press. This ensures the planned capacity can be reached without worries. ROK Teknik can consult you on choosing the right hydraulic press at the decision period if you wish to enlarge your business in the future. This is a visionary point of view for adding value to the customer.
